Heating is provided by a renewable energy wood pellet system ensuring that we maintain a low-carbon, energy-efficient supply of heat throughout the property. This enables us to reduce reliance on fossil fuels and keep running costs more stable over time.
We offer a very competitively priced service charge that includes heating, lighting, cleaning of common areas, window cleaning, water charges, and buildings insurance.
